Admin stats, health and usage analytics

Definition

The admin analytics views in the admin console show platform totals, server health charts over selectable time ranges, and usage data such as tests by user. Only administrator accounts see these areas.

What it is for

Administrators use them to watch platform growth, spot server-health problems, and understand which users generate the most tests.

How it works

• The stats overview at /admin shows totals: users, active users, banned users, soft-deleted users, tests, and runs.
• Server Health charts CPU, concurrent runs, memory and event-loop lag, and throughput/duration over Live, Last 6h, Last 24h, Last 3 days, or Last 7 days.
• Admin Data action cards open operational panels in a modal: Coupons, Bounty Reports, Usage Charts, Users, Tests By User, logs, and more.
• The Usage Charts panel renders a simple tests-by-user chart.
• Tests By User lists each recorded test with owner email, test name, project name, test ID, and created date.

Example

An administrator notices elevated event-loop lag over the Last 24h range, then opens the Tests By User panel to see whether one account’s heavy usage lines up with the spike.

Where to find it

Administrators open /admin from the Admin link in the navbar; charts and stats render on the console page and detailed panels open from the Admin Data cards.

Limitations, requirements, and permissions

• Admin-only: an administrator session is required, and unauthorized accounts are redirected or denied.
• Health charts depend on stored and live analytics data being available.
• Usage and tests-by-user views are read-only.
• Range selections are limited to the supported values.
