What admins can do
Regular users never see this area - it appears in the navbar only for administrator accounts:
- Platform overview - totals for users, active/banned/deleted accounts, tests and runs, plus server-health charts over selectable time ranges and a usage chart of tests by user.
- User management - ban and unban users, soft-delete and restore accounts, end or continue free trials, and create demo users.
- Bounty review - approve a report (rewarding the submitter) or reject it with notes.
- Coupons - create, edit and revoke discount coupons.
- Logs and support - outbound email logs, inbound email search, support tickets with attachments, error logs, audit logs and system activity logs.
