Terms of Service

Welcome to Rima Testing ("Rima," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our browser test automation platform at rima.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Rima, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a workspace, you represent that you have the authority to bind that workspace to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Rima is a browser test automation platform that allows users to record browser interactions, manage test dependencies, schedule automated test runs, and track results through a centralized dashboard. The Service is organized around workspaces:

• Workspace Plan - $5 per active member per month. A workspace can be used by an individual or shared with a team; billing scales with the number of active members.

Each workspace includes a 14-day trial. A payment method is collected securely by Stripe before the trial starts, and billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled. Current plan details are also shown on the Pricing page.

Optional paid add-ons may also be available. The Custom Subdomain add-on lets a workspace be reached at a unique address (for example, yourname.rima.com) for an additional $5/month per workspace. Add-on terms are described in Section 4 and Section 9.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the rates described on our Pricing page.
• For Workspace plans, billing adjusts automatically when members are added or removed.
• Optional add-ons, such as the Custom Subdomain feature ($5/month per workspace), are billed in addition to your plan for as long as they remain enabled. Enabling or disabling an add-on takes effect immediately and is prorated for the current billing period. Add-ons require an active or trial plan.
• Stripe sends payment receipts and invoice emails. Rima only displays subscription and payment status in the app.
• If a recurring payment fails, we may provide a 3-day grace period while Stripe retries collection. If payment remains unsuccessful after the grace period, paid actions may be paused and the subscription may be canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

5. Free Trial

• New workspaces are eligible for a 14-day trial.
• At the end of the trial period, your selected recurring subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to test websites or applications without proper authorization from their owners.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content through the Service.
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks, load testing against third-party systems, or any form of abusive automated activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Rima and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all test scripts, recordings, and data you create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any loss of data.

9. Team and Workspace Accounts

Workspace account owners are responsible for managing team member access and permissions. The account owner is responsible for all activity conducted by invited team members within the workspace. Removing a team member revokes their access to shared projects and data.

Where the Business workspace subdomain feature is enabled, the following additional terms apply:

• A subdomain is a unique label on our domain (for example, yourname.rima.com) included with eligible Business workspaces and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You may not select a subdomain that is reserved by us (including, without limitation, names such as api, www, app, and project), that infringes a third party's trademark or other rights, or that is misleading, offensive, or used to impersonate another person or workspace.
• A workspace owner may change the assigned subdomain once every 30 days. If the Business plan lapses and remains unpaid for 15 days, the subdomain is released and may be claimed by another workspace.
• We may reclaim, suspend, or reassign a subdomain at our discretion where required by law, to resolve a rights dispute, or to address abuse.
• You do not acquire any ownership, trademark, or other intellectual property right in a subdomain or in our domain by using this feature.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• In no event shall Rima be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rima, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rima operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
