project, unlimited CLI runs, and a monthly allowance of cloud runs,

No. The Free plan needs no card. You only add payment when you
choose a paid plan for more cloud runs, video, scheduling, or team

Stripe handles card collection and recurring payments. Rima stores
your billing status and Stripe subscription ID, but not your full
card number.
A workspace is where your projects, tests, runs, and team live. You
create one when you sign up - use it solo, or invite teammates for
shared project access, roles, and team dashboards. Billing is per
active member.
Yes. You can create as many workspaces as you need - for example,
one per client or product area - and switch between them anytime
from the top bar. Each workspace has its own members, projects, and
billing.
Paid plans bill per active user. Monthly rates are Starter $5, Pro
$12, and Business $25. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly
rate, so you receive 12 months for the price of 10. New yearly seats
are charged only for the calendar months and days remaining before
the workspace renewal date.
Business workspaces automatically receive their own address on our
platform, like yourname.rimatest.app. It is included in the
plan, not billed separately. Owners can change the address from
workspace settings. Reserved names cannot be used, and every address
is unique.
A tunnel gives Rima and your teammates a secure URL for an
application running on your computer, such as
localhost:3000. Starter links are temporary and change when
the session restarts. Pro keeps one stable workspace link across
sessions. Business adds separate stable links for individual users
or devices, so multiple developers can expose their own local builds
at the same time. Tunnel links work only while the corresponding
local client is connected; they are not website hosting. Cloud tests
run through a tunnel still count as cloud runs.

An active member is someone who has access to your Workspace.
Removing a member revokes their shared access and stops them from
counting as an active member going forward.
Yes, every workspace is designed for unlimited projects and tests.
Rima is built so you can organize client work, product areas, or

If a paid plan lapses, your workspace drops back to the Free plan's
limits. You keep access to Free-tier features and can upgrade again
anytime. Workspace subdomains/tunnels are held for about a month
before being released.
Stripe retries the charge. Rima gives a short grace period so you
have time to update your card. If payment still fails, paid actions
like creating tests, replaying tests, scheduled runs, and extension
access may pause.
Yes. You can cancel from billing anytime. Your access continues
until the end of the period you already paid for.
Team access depends on how your workspace is managed. Owners can
invite members and manage shared access so the right people can work
on the right projects.
