Workspaces, teammates and permissions

Workspaces keep projects, people and billing separate. Invite teammates, control what each person can do with roles and per-project access, and manage the workspace itself.

Workspaces

Every project lives in a workspace. Create additional workspaces from the profile menu ("Create a workspace" - with an optional logo, a plan choice and teammate invites baked into the form). If you belong to more than one, a switcher appears in the navbar; it has its own search when the list grows past a handful. Owners can rename a workspace and upload, replace or remove its logo.

Invite teammates

Invite people by email from the dashboard team panel (or while granting project access). Invitees see a banner and dashboard cards where they accept or decline. Until then you can resend or revoke a pending invitation. The invitations page keeps a searchable, filterable history of everything sent to your account.

Roles and workspace permissions

On the team members page you can search, filter and sort everyone in the workspace. Owners can assign predefined roles, create custom roles with exactly the permissions they want, toggle individual permissions per member, toggle whether a member receives email notifications, and remove members. Non-owners can always choose to leave a workspace themselves.

Per-project access

Beyond workspace roles, each project has its own access page: search and filter members, flip access on or off per person, and fine-tune a member's permissions for just that project. The same controls are reachable from the dashboard project card.

Deleting a workspace

Owners can delete a workspace - permanently. Because that removes its projects, tests and history, Rima asks for a strong confirmation: you type the workspace name and your account password before the deletion goes through.
